Can you imagine it? I saw this in my Sociology book a while ago when we were studying marriage and family and I could hardly believe it. Being married at 9 years old, and to someone who is 22? Having him give me a doll as a wedding present? I wonder what her life was like. Wow. Crazy!

It's sad that Child marriage still exists in other parts of world. watch the nepali film named 'ujeli' made by UNICEF.
That is totally disturbing; recently, I heard about a 40 year old track coach getting married to his 16 year old student. :(
